    “The White Lodge” Belgian Wit

    A classic rendition of a Belgian wit, The White Lodge is brewed with a large portion of wheat along with pilsner malt and oats. We use coriander and orange peel in the kettle, lending a blend of citrus and floral characters, and ferment with a traditional Belgian strain. ABV: 4.8%

    Lemon Rosemary Seasalt

    Signature Washington apple blend steeped with lemon puree and fresh rosemary, then finished with a dash of sea salt. Semi-dry, tart, and supremely refreshing, this salted cider starts with hints of rosemary followed by sharp and bright lemon. ABV: 6.9%

    Keepers DDH Hazy IPA

    Jammed to the brim with Riwaka, Centennial, and Citra, Keepers flies high with notes of grapefruit, passionfruit, and a flash of woodsy righteousness. Like a lucid vision drifting through a juicy daydream. ABV: 7.2%

    Braggot is an ancient style of beer, where up to one-third of the fermentable sugars come from honey. The 2020 version is aged for more than 2 years in Rye Whiskey barrels from Stein Distilling in Joseph, OR. The spicy notes from the Rye and the caramel-vanilla notes from the barrel blend perfectly with the honey-sweetened finish of the Braggot. ABV: 11.2%

    This beer starts with a good clean base malt as its foundation while hops like Comet, Moutere, and Triumph produce bold notes of tangelo, grapefruit and lime zest. What you end up with is a pale and exceptionally drinkable ale. It’s a dang ol’ Summer smasher.

    L.A.B. Partner Cherry Pie Gose

    This version of L.A.B. Partner teams of sweet cherries, tart cherries, and sea salt, with natural almond and vanilla flavors. This Gose finishes with fresh sourdough bread flavor. Both intensely refreshing and satisfyingly sessionable. ABV: 4.6%

    2022 BTR The Vincent Chardonnay

    100% Chardonnay. The 2022 Vincent Chardonnay opens with enticing aromas of ripe pear and crisp Granny Smith apple. On the palate, fresh stone fruit flavors are accompanied by vibrant acidity and a rich texture. Creamy meringue notes, derived from a small amount of barrel fermentation, contribute to a sense of depth and richness. The result is a luscious mouthfeel that lingers on the palate, leaving a lasting impression. ABV: 13.9%

    2022 Mr. Pink Rosé

    2022 Varietal Composition 58% Sangiovese 42% Syrah. The 2022 Mr. Pink is a dry, fruit-forward rosé with bright strawberry and peach aromatics backed by white florals such as honeysuckle and jasmine. On the palate, ripe strawberries and juicy guava flavors layer over elderflower and orange blossom to lend a lush ripeness and lingering floral finish. ABV: 12.5%

    2021 BTR The Vincent Red

    Aromas of black cherry, black raspberry, cedar-lined spice and vanilla. The palate is bold, with mouth-filling blueberry and blackberry with more warm spice and subtle licorice flavor. The finish is remarkably balanced, focusing firm but round tannins and refined acidity. ABV: 14.8%
