    Braggot is an ancient style of beer, where up to one-third of the fermentable sugars come from honey. The 2020 version is aged for more than 2 years in Rye Whiskey barrels from Stein Distilling in Joseph, OR. The spicy notes from the Rye and the caramel-vanilla notes from the barrel blend perfectly with the honey-sweetened finish of the Braggot. ABV: 11.2%

    2022 BTR The Vincent Chardonnay

    100% Chardonnay. The 2022 Vincent Chardonnay opens with enticing aromas of ripe pear and crisp Granny Smith apple. On the palate, fresh stone fruit flavors are accompanied by vibrant acidity and a rich texture. Creamy meringue notes, derived from a small amount of barrel fermentation, contribute to a sense of depth and richness. The result is a luscious mouthfeel that lingers on the palate, leaving a lasting impression. ABV: 13.9%

    2022 Varietal Composition 58% Sangiovese 42% Syrah. The 2022 Mr. Pink is a dry, fruit-forward rosé with bright strawberry and peach aromatics backed by white florals such as honeysuckle and jasmine. On the palate, ripe strawberries and juicy guava flavors layer over elderflower and orange blossom to lend a lush ripeness and lingering floral finish. ABV: 12.5%

It finishes long with briny and stony flavors that are taught and textural. ABV: 14.2%
